The Time Traveller and I went to the rooftop of the Susanna Hotel for dinner this evening. I'm still awed by the splendour of Luxor Temple at night. The weather on this February evening was lovely and we plan to make this a regular outing -- toasting the day with a cold Stella (the local beer which is actually pretty good).
