My mouth waters and my mind dreams as I read the story of an adventurous couple who move to rural Italy, bring back to life an abandoned olive grove, and conceive an inspired marketing angle for their oil: olive tree adoption. The tale is interspersed with simple, yet tantalizing, recipes that call out to be tried. I found that their website continues the story and the recipes. It is now bookmarked so that my pleasure will be fed beyond these 319 pages. Yum.
