Every thought is a seed. If you plant crab apples, don't count on harvesting Golden Delicious.
Bill Meyer
The poor crab-apple is maligned for its tartness, but its bright red colour sparkled beautifully against today's bright blue sky. A gorgeous Fall day was captured in their faces.
Throw these lovely fruits (about a icecream pail all 1/2ed, but not cored) into equal amount of boiling water with a cup of sugar. Leave overnight, then strain the liquid and freeze. The most amazing apple juice!.
